This is a formal and spatial exploration designed by Max von Werz, manufactured by Enrique Salazar, and photographed by Rodrigo Chapa. The photographed model combined various patterns of vertical circulation in the form of a monolithic staircase that transcends its simple function of connection, generating a diverse architectural promenade that encourages slow exploration and contemplation.

The model was part of a collective installation curated by Tatiana Bilbao, exhibited at the Chicago Architecture Biennial in 2017, and acquired in 2021 by the SFMOMA (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art) to become part of its permanent collection.
