Max von Werz (AA Dipl, ARB, RIBA) studied at Architectural Association, London where he graduated with the AA Diploma and at London Metropolitan University where he received a master’s degree. After gaining extensive work experience as project leader for award-winning practices such as David Chipperfield Architects and Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, he established Max von Werz Arquitectos in 2013. 

He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate architecture programmes and contributed to several architecture publications including the magazine Baumeister as guest editor. 

Born in Montreal, raised in New York and Munich, Max is a German citizen and has resided in Mexico City since 2013.
